Our Refund Policy

Kiara Astro ABC Pvt Ltd operates a strict No Refund policy on all paid software licenses. Once a license key has been generated and delivered to your email address, the purchase is considered complete and no refund will be issued.

This policy applies to:

Basic Plan (₹1,500/month)
Pro Plan (₹12,000/year)
Additional report purchases (₹200 per 10 reports)

Why No Refund?

FEAT Theory ABC™ is a digital software product. Once a license key is issued and the software is activated, the product has been delivered in full. Unlike physical goods, digital software cannot be "returned" — the license key and access cannot be un-used.

To ensure you are completely satisfied before purchasing, we provide a 100% free Demo plan with full feature access. This allows you to evaluate every aspect of the software at no cost.

Exceptions

The only circumstances in which we may consider a refund or account credit are:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
License Not Delivered: If your license key was not delivered within 24 hours of payment and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
Software Not Functional: If the software is unable to run on your eligible system (Windows 10/11, 64-bit) despite reasonable troubleshooting support from our team.

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@kiaraastroabc.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Change of mind after purchase
Failure to use the license before expiry
License suspended or revoked due to violation of Terms & Conditions
Incompatibility with unsupported operating systems (Windows 7, 8, Mac, Linux)
Reports used but results not as expected
Purchasing the wrong plan (Basic vs Pro)
Requests made after 7 days of purchase

License Renewal & Expiry

Licenses are not auto-renewed. You will receive an email reminder before your license expires. If your license expires, you may renew it at the current plan price. No refund is provided for unused time remaining on an existing license when upgrading or renewing early.

Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@kiaraastroabc.com before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will investigate and resolve genuine payment errors promptly.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback will result in permanent revocation of your license and a ban from future purchases.
