Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Kiara Astro ABC Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of FEAT Theory ABC™ desktop software and related services.

By activating a license key, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. Software License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use FEAT Theory ABC™ on the number of machines permitted by your plan.

You may NOT:

• Copy, distribute, or share the software with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or license protection mechanisms
• Share your license key with any other person or entity
• Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the software

The software, its design, algorithms, and FEAT Theory methodology are the exclusive intellectual property of Kiara Astro ABC Pvt Ltd and Somaveer Singh.

3. License Plans & Usage

Demo Plan

• Valid for 1 day from activation
• Maximum 2 reports
• For evaluation purposes only

Basic Plan (₹1,500/month)

• 500 reports per monthly billing cycle
• 1 machine activation
• License expires at end of billing period

Pro Plan (₹12,000/year)

• 8,500 reports per annual billing cycle
• Up to 3 machine activations
• Additional reports available for purchase at ₹200 per 10 reports

4. Activation & Hardware Binding

Each license key is bound to a specific machine upon first activation via the Hardware ID. The following conditions apply:

• Demo and Basic plans: 1 machine only
• Pro plan: up to 3 machines
• To transfer a license to a new machine, contact support
• The software requires an internet connection for activation and periodic online validation
• Offline use is permitted for up to 7 days after last successful online validation

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses that are being used in violation of these Terms, including suspected sharing or abuse.

5. Payment & Billing

• All payments are processed securely via PayU India
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• License keys are delivered to your registered email address after successful payment
• Licenses are not auto-renewed — you must manually renew before expiry
• Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of purchase

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation without refund:

• Attempting to bypass, crack, or circumvent the license system
• Using automated tools to artificially inflate report counts
• Sharing login credentials or license keys
• Using the software to develop competing products
• Misrepresenting FEAT Theory ABC as your own product or creation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FEAT Theory ABC™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in our FEAT Theory calculations, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of numerological or astrological analysis
• Specific outcomes based on software recommendations
• Uninterrupted or error-free software operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kiara Astro ABC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the software license in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license key will be deactivated
• You must cease all use of the software
• No refund will be issued for remaining license period in case of violation

You may terminate your license at any time by stopping use of the software. No refunds are provided for early termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
